Ordering terms
Submitting a request asks MAKE for a quotation; it does not take payment or start production. MAKE confirms the specification, item charges, service fee, delivery, payment arrangements and expected timing before you approve. For priced orders up to BDT 9,999 the default service fee is 1%; larger orders receive a personalised bulk offer. Unapproved or expired prices require a fresh quote. Review names, spelling, sizes, colours and quantities in your proof carefully. Supply artwork you own or have permission to print. Contact MAKE before approval if you need changes or have a deadline. See Delivery, Changes & returns and Privacy for how we handle your request. Any advance amount is negotiated and confirmed for your specific order.
