Wedding cards: Bangla and English wording checklist
Plan names, dates, venue directions, envelopes and proof approval together.

Gather the text in one document
Collect the names exactly as the families want them printed, the hosts' wording, event names, dates, times, venue and contact details. Keep Bangla and English text in separate labelled sections. Ask the people named on the invitation to confirm spelling before design begins.
Separate the events
If the invitation covers several events, give each a clear heading, date and location. Check that a reader can tell which event they are invited to. Discuss whether you need one shared card, additional inserts or different versions for different guests. Count the quantity for each version rather than giving only a grand total.
Plan the whole set
Tell MAKE whether you need envelopes, name writing space, inserts, a welcome sign or matching table stationery. Measure the final card with its envelope in mind. A picture is useful for visual direction, but the proposed stock and finish must be confirmed in the quote.
Review the route and the proof
Check the venue address, map link, landmarks and contact number. Test any QR code on an actual-size print. Review line breaks, name order and both language versions together. Keep one final approved version and make later changes clearly in writing.
Work backwards from your event
Allow time for collecting text, checking design, production and delivery. Ask MAKE for the actual schedule for the agreed specification; do not assume a standard number of days. Confirm the quantity, total charges and negotiated advance before production.
