Visiting card prices: paper, finish and quantity checklist

Define one complete specification
List the finished size, paper type and weight, printed sides, lamination and any special finishing. Put the number of different designs beside the total quantity. One thousand identical cards and ten designs of one hundred cards are different requests. MAKE confirms the method and current price for your brief.

Understand a bundle price
A price for a batch applies to its stated quantity. Do not divide a one-thousand-card quote by ten and assume a hundred cards will cost that amount. Setup and finishing may change the economics. If the site has approved options, read their minimum quantity, description and expiry. An option that does not match your selections needs a separate quote.

Choose paper by use
Ask to see or discuss the proposed stock and finish. Consider whether the recipient will write on the card, whether you need a QR code, and whether the design uses a dark background or very fine type. A screen image cannot show paper feel or establish the final printed colour.

Prepare a proof checklist
Check every phone digit, email address, web link, job title and Bangla spelling. Print the proof at actual size where possible. Test the QR code from that print. Keep important content away from the final trim and ask MAKE for the correct artwork setup before exporting.

Compare the final total
Include design, cutting, finishing, the service fee and delivery in your comparison. Tell MAKE when you need the cards, then agree the schedule before approval. Prices from other shops are useful research, but they are not an approved MAKE selling price.
