Panaflex, PVC or fabric banners: compare the complete quote

Start with the finished job
Write down where the banner will go, the finished width and height, how it will be held, and whether the print must be readable from one or both sides. A photo of the location helps MAKE understand the brief. A material name alone does not establish the right grade, printing method or outdoor suitability.

Compare equivalent specifications
Ask each quote to name the printable material, print side, finish and number of pieces. Terms such as flex, PVC and fabric can cover different products. Do not treat a raw roll price as the price of a finished printed banner. If you need a small finished piece, specify that rather than ordering an entire roll.

Read the area calculation
A 3 ft × 6 ft banner has 18 square feet of finished area. Two identical pieces total 36 square feet. An approved per-square-foot price applies only to its stated material, finishing and minimum area. A measured cut from a raw roll is billed at the roll's fixed width, which can differ from the width of your artwork. Check those two calculations separately.

Ask what is included
Confirm whether trimming, hems, eyelets, pockets, design and delivery are included or separately quoted. Ask MAKE to confirm the mounting arrangement; do not assume installation is included. Send a deadline before approving so production and transport can be discussed independently.

Approve the complete quote
Use the current price shown for the exact specification, or request a fresh quote. The final summary should identify item charges, the applicable service fee and delivery. Larger orders receive a personalised offer. Review the artwork at its intended size and confirm contact details before production.
